So, I'm creating this only to keep track of myself, and where I've been and where I've headed. I don't know how often I'll update this, but am hoping to see where I'm succeeding and where my fall outs are.
Here is where I'm at.
I started the Couch to 5K program. I did week 1 for 2 weeks.
Week 2 I started on July 2nd.
I'll start with this week.
Monday lunch:
Leftover spaghetti
Mixed vegetables
Water
dinner:
biscuits & gravy
scrambled eggs
milk
(didn't eat much)
I also ran in the evening, (week 2)
Did 30 crunches
Weighed in on the wii-
132.5 lbs
22.08 bmi
Tuesday-off day for running
had a double cheeseburger from mcdonalds for lunch
dinner:
mackie's pizza
side salad w/ranch
dr pepper
Wednesday:
lunch-
meatballs,
taco dip & chips (2 T)
leftover broccoli & cheddar rice
dinner:
spaghetti w/meat sauce
garlic bread
corn
ran week 2 after work.
GOAL: kick up to week 3 in C25K on monday. (really intimidated by Wk 3)
weigh in at 130 on Monday.
